The 75D combines a 75W light source with the 1229 mm enclosure of the LN-02P D range. Alongside the 40W, 50W and 60W models, it offers another power choice in the same body-length category.
Use it in lighting schedules for process areas, equipment platforms and access routes where a linear fixture fits the layout. The supply, mounting arrangement and emergency option are selected with the order, so each fixture can be matched to its installation position.
The 120° beam distributes light across the area around the fixture. An anti-glare PC cover with light transmission above 90% diffuses the LED source.
Specify from 3000K to 6500K. For phased refurbishment, keep the color temperature consistent with the surrounding lights unless the lighting schedule calls for a change.
Optical specifications include 120–140 lm/W efficacy and CRI ≥70. Use the selected model’s photometric data when deciding fixture quantity, spacing and aiming.
The aluminum alloy housing conducts heat away from the LEDs and supports the long fixture structure. Shock- and vibration-resistant construction and a corrosion-resistant PC cover are part of the standard design.
The enclosure is rated IP66, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +55°C. Rated life is 50,000 hours at L70, and the standard warranty is five years.
The AC option operates at 50–60Hz, with power factor above 0.95 and total harmonic distortion below 10%. Driver specifications include 4 kV / 6 kV surge protection.
A separate low-voltage DC configuration is available. State the supply voltage and project requirements when requesting the DC version; it is not the same input arrangement as the standard AC unit.
For lighting rows or larger orders, identify any differences in supply or emergency requirements by area so each configuration is clear in the quotation.
The American-standard 75D has a 3/4 NPT opening at each end. Cable glands are supplied separately from the fixture, allowing the connection package to follow the specified cable or conduit system.
Include the required glands, adapters or closures in the accessory schedule. Where a row requires through-wiring, confirm the terminal arrangement and permissible load before specifying linked fixtures.
Ceiling, wall, pole, pendant and pendant-chain mounting arrangements are available. Select the mounting kit for the support structure and leave enough room for the end connections.
Mount the fixture directly to the ceiling or an overhead support for a clean, low-profile installation.
The wall-mounting bracket offers an adjustable angle from 0° to ±60°, allowing the light direction to be set for the target area.
A pole-mounting arrangement is available when the luminaire needs to be positioned away from a wall or ceiling surface.
Use pendant mounting when the fixture needs to be suspended from a fixed overhead structure.
Two suspension points support chain mounting for installations that require additional hanging flexibility.
For battery-backed operation, specify the required output and duration alongside the normal 75W configuration. Quoted options include 8W for 1.5 hours and 12W for 3 hours, with the final battery package confirmed for the order.
Include the expected site temperatures in the inquiry. Battery-mode performance and charging conditions are checked separately from the normal fixture specification.
The long linear format is an option for oil and gas facilities, petrochemical plants, wastewater works, food and beverage sites, tunnels and marine projects. The selected configuration must meet the requirements of its installation location.
On equipment platforms and service routes, plan positions around pipes and structural members that cast shadows. Keep the cover, fixings and end connections accessible so inspection and cleaning can be carried out without unnecessary obstruction.

That depends on the lighting layout, not just the power rating. A 75D may be considered where the design calls for 75W, but fixture quantity also depends on mounting height, obstructions and the required illumination across the working surface. Use configuration-specific photometric data to check the least-lit areas and uniformity before reducing the number of luminaires.
Compare light delivered to the task, the supply, fixing positions and maintenance access. The 75D is 1229 mm long and weighs 7.7 kg before mounting accessories. Its 75W input cannot establish a universal fluorescent or discharge-lamp replacement wattage. Check the actual installation space and lighting result rather than assuming a one-for-one replacement from the existing lamp label.
Use 75W per luminaire as the normal-operation power rating when preparing the lighting load schedule. Breaker selection and the permitted fixture count need more than the sum of rated watts: consider voltage, driver inrush, power factor and the installation conditions. For emergency-equipped units, request the final input and charging data for the ordered battery configuration.
IP66 describes protection against dust ingress and powerful water jets under the applicable test conditions. It does not establish suitability for immersion, every cleaning process or every corrosive atmosphere. The 75D installation also needs correctly selected entry components and closures. Provide the expected exposure and cleaning method when ordering accessories for an outdoor or wet area.
Choose by the available support and the required light direction. Ceiling or suspended mounting can position the 75D above the route, while wall or pole mounting provides an alternative beside equipment. The wall arrangement offers 0° to ±60° adjustment with the appropriate kit. Allow clearance for connections and maintenance, and check the support for the fixture and accessory weight.
Keep the full MAG-EX-LN-02P-75D model, supply option, CCT, mounting-kit details and emergency configuration with the asset record. Record the installed entry accessories as well, since glands are not included with the basic fixture. Matching these details helps avoid ordering a spare that fits the space but has a different driver, appearance or connection arrangement.
No. IP66 is the enclosure’s dust and water-ingress rating, not blanket approval for every cleaning chemical, water temperature or pressure-cleaning method. The 75D has an aluminum alloy body and corrosion-resistant PC cover. For washdown areas, provide the cleaning conditions so material compatibility and the complete entry arrangement can be checked.
Send your quantity and lighting schedule, or list the supply voltage, CCT, mounting method and emergency requirement. Add cable or conduit details so MAG-EX-LN-02P-75D and its connection accessories can be quoted together.
