The MAG-EX-LN-02P-100D combines 100W rated power with the 1229 mm D-body used across the long-format models in the MAG-EX-LN-02P series. It is built for fixed lighting in Zone 1 gas and Zone 21 dust locations where a linear IP66 luminaire is required.
ATEX and IECEx configurations are available with AC100-277V or DC12-24V input, three entry-thread choices and five mounting arrangements. The 100D is the highest rated power in the D-body range, while keeping the same published housing size as the 40D, 60D and 80D.

The 100D provides a broad 120° beam for general industrial lighting along work areas, process routes and service corridors. Color-temperature options from 3000K to 6500K allow the light appearance to be matched to the project, with CRI ≥70.
Luminous efficacy is specified at 120-140 lm/W. Final fixture quantity and spacing should be based on the approved photometric data for the ordered configuration rather than a calculated lumen value.
The aluminum housing and IP66 enclosure are intended for demanding industrial locations. A PC cover with more than 90% light transmission provides corrosion-resistant and anti-glare properties, while the luminaire structure is designed to resist shock and vibration.
The -40°C to +55°C operating range supports cold and hot industrial environments within the stated limit. The ambient range, T5 gas marking and T75°C dust marking should be checked together for each installation.
The 100D can be ordered for AC100-277V at 50-60Hz or for DC12-24V. These are separate configurations selected according to the project power supply.
The high-efficiency LED driver is specified with power factor above 0.95 and THD below 10%. Surge protection is available in a 4 kV / 6 kV design, and the rated service-life reference is L70 at 50,000 hours.
Cable outlets at both ends allow the connection direction to suit the installation. Entry-thread options are 3/4"-14 NPT, M25 × 1.5 and M26 × 1.5. The European configuration includes two glands and a 0.5 m three-core rubber cable with IEC (CE) certification.
Specify the required thread with the order. Where loop-in/loop-out wiring or a particular terminal arrangement is needed, include that requirement for confirmation before production.
Select the mounting arrangement according to the supporting structure, required light direction and maintenance access.
Mount the fixture directly to the ceiling or an overhead support for a clean, low-profile installation.
The wall-mounting bracket offers an adjustable angle from 0° to ±60°, allowing the light direction to be set for the target area.
A pole-mounting arrangement is available when the luminaire needs to be positioned away from a wall or ceiling surface.
Use pendant mounting when the fixture needs to be suspended from a fixed overhead structure.
Two suspension points support chain mounting for installations that require additional hanging flexibility.
