TPL001-P uses a mast-mounted Level Indicator Unit and a wireless Display Unit inside the cab. The synchronized five-level LED display gives operators an immediate visual reference for fork angle, helping them approach pallets and racks with greater confidence.
Wireless two-unit system
Five-level LED indication
Magnetic installation
Motion-activated operation
Designed for obstructed-view applications
On reach trucks, telehandlers, and other high-mast equipment, the operator may not have a clear view of the mast-mounted indicator. TPL001-P solves this visibility problem by transmitting the detected fork-level status to a separate display positioned in the operator's line of sight.
The result is a simple visual reference exactly where the operator needs it - without running a signal cable between the mast and the cab.

Fork-level information is transmitted from the mast-mounted indicator to a display positioned where the operator can see it easily.
Both units display the same level status, providing a clear red, yellow, or green visual reference.
Both units attach to suitable flat metal surfaces, allowing convenient installation without permanent modification to the forklift.
The symmetrical housing supports installation on either side. Both units must be mounted with the same side orientation facing the operator.
The two units are paired before shipment and connect automatically after power-up.
The system wakes automatically with forklift movement and enters sleep mode after inactivity to conserve battery power.
The Level Indicator Unit mounts vertically on the forklift mast and detects the fork-angle status.
The detected level status is sent wirelessly to the paired Display Unit.
The in-cab Display Unit shows the synchronized LED status, allowing the operator to check fork level without a direct view of the mast.
TPL001-P is the recommended configuration when the operator's view of the mast is limited by the truck design, mast height, load, or working position.
Reach trucks
Telehandlers
High-mast material-handling equipment
Warehouse operations with limited mast visibility
Pallet handling at elevated rack levels
The five-position LED display provides a fast, intuitive reference for fork angle.
RED - Forks Tilted Up: High-alert indication; correct the tilt before engaging the load.
YELLOW - Forks Slightly Tilted Up: The forks are approaching level.
GREEN - Forks Level: The forks are aligned for pallet entry or load handling.
YELLOW - Forks Slightly Tilted Down: Adjust the tilt carefully toward level.
RED - Forks Tilted Down: High-alert indication; correct the tilt before proceeding.
Comparison | TPL001-P | |
|---|---|---|
Best for | Reach trucks, telehandlers, and obstructed-view applications | Counterbalanced forklifts with a clear view of the mast |
Configuration | Level Indicator Unit plus wireless in-cab Display Unit | Single mast-mounted Level Indicator Unit |
Operator view | Reads the synchronized display inside the cab | Reads the indicator directly on the mast |
Main advantage | Maximum visibility when the mast is difficult to see | Simple, efficient, and cost-effective direct viewing |
TPL001-P includes two wirelessly synchronized units: one on the mast and one inside the cab. TPL001-S uses a single mast-mounted unit that the operator views directly.
TPL001-P is designed for reach trucks, telehandlers, and other forklifts where the operator does not have a clear line of sight to the mast-mounted indicator.
No. The fork-level status is transmitted wirelessly between the two battery-powered units.
Each unit uses two D-cell batteries, so the complete TPL001-P system requires four D-cell batteries.
The Level Indicator Unit and Display Unit each have Side A and Side B. The same side must face the operator on both units so the displayed tilt direction remains synchronized.
Return the Level Indicator Unit to the marked mounting position. If the reference has changed, repeat the leveling and installation procedure on a confirmed level surface.
Improve fork positioning on reach trucks, telehandlers, and other obstructed-view equipment with the TPL001-P wireless forklift fork level indicator.
