The TOPTREE 200W LED sign projector uses a replaceable gobo to project warning symbols, directional arrows and custom graphics onto floors or walls. A gobo is the patterned disc that forms the projected image. This industrial projector is intended for fixed installations where a visual message needs to be seen at a warehouse crossing, workshop entrance or designated warning zone.
The supplied specification lists 18,000–20,000 lm, an IP65 protection rating and a 30,000-hour LED lifetime. Five lens options help match the projected image to the installation distance and available surface. The light-based sign does not place paint or adhesive on the floor.

At the entrance to a lifting bay, a suspended-load warning symbol can draw attention to the work area ahead. Position the sign on a clear approach surface where it can be seen before someone reaches the designated zone. Keep the projected message aligned with the site's lifting procedures and physical exclusion measures.
Useful locations: crane-bay approaches, loading positions and access points beside lifting operations. This layout uses a fixed warning sign; automatic crane tracking or sensor activation is not specified.
A warehouse safety sign projector can add a forklift warning, STOP message or directional arrow at an aisle intersection. Locate the image before the conflict point so approaching pedestrians and drivers have time to see it. Pallets, parked equipment and rack uprights should not block the projection path or the sign itself.
Useful locations: rack-end crossings, warehouse doors and loading-area approaches. Use the projected message alongside existing lane markings and the site's right-of-way rules.
A walking-person symbol or direction arrow can identify the entrance to a designated pedestrian route. This is useful where a walkway begins beside storage racks, passes through a doorway or changes direction. Keep the symbol within the intended walking route and make its meaning consistent with signs used elsewhere in the facility.
Useful locations: walkway entrances, pedestrian doors and route junctions. Projected floor signs help identify a route; physical separation remains a separate part of the site layout.
The 63 mm replaceable gobo lets you update the projected design without replacing the complete projector. A new disc can carry a different warning symbol, direction arrow, short instruction or company logo. Share the artwork and intended image size so the graphic can be checked for readability before production.
The 200W model has a higher listed luminous flux: 18,000–20,000 lm, compared with 12,000–14,000 lm for the 150W model. This makes it worth assessing when more light output is needed, but wattage alone does not determine the right choice. Compare the installation distance, required image size and ambient light. Visibility must be assessed for the actual location. Strong ambient light reduces contrast, while dark, patterned or reflective surfaces can affect how the sign appears.
