Description:

Overhead crane warning LED spotlight developed to improve pedestrian awareness and operator control of hook and load.It provides an inexpensive, potentially life-saving solution, easily paying for itself with a single prevented accident.

Built with heavy duty die-cast aluminum to withstand the toughest environments, overhead crane spotlight ensures pedestrian safety by projecting a blue or red tightly focused spotlight on the floor that alerts pedestrians to the hook's location. In addition, the crane spotlight aids precise positioning for crane operators by providing a framing reference between the floor and hook.

A clip-on lens cover is available that transforms the spotlight into a line-light on the floor below. Many crane operators prefer the line-light for additional load control.

The energy efficient crane spotlight features light emitting diode (LED) lights, produced by CREE in the U.S. The product's 10' cable connects to inputs of 12, 24, 36 or 48 volts of direct current (VDC). The mounting bracket is adjustable 150° up or down, allowing for precise positioning.

How it works:

- The overhead crane safety spotlight can be mounted on any overhead crane.

- 150 degree up/down mounting bracket allows precise positioning of beam on floor below.

- Beam is usually positioned so pedestrians below are aware of the presence of the hook above them.

- Each crane safety light can produce a single spot or a single line (with included snap on lens) on the floor.

- The crane safety spotlight can be used in a single light configuration, double light configuration (leading and trailing) or quad light configuration

(creates danger zone box), depending on your application.
